When watching the video of David Samuel performing the Jimi Hendrix Voodoo Child you can tell that it was improv. I don't think they were expecting the rambunctious crowd to roar for an encore? The drummer just started to lay down a groove and David Samuel began going with it then he took us on down to electric lady land! He dips in regularly to the vibe of Jimi Hendrix and off we go into never ever phsycadelic land where marshall amps feedback, and guitars wine and moan with vox whah whaw pedals.
